Since 1988 we have been treating, refurbishing and protecting vehicles which are vulnerable to corrosion.

This doesn’t just apply to Land Rovers as we’re happy to inspect, clean, repair, treat and apply Waxoyl rust prevention treatments to your SUV or 4X4 vehicle that might be susceptible to corrosion.

Is rustproofing really worth it?

Rust prevention is very important to ensure you vehicles longevity and minimise avoidable corrosion repairs.

In the UK the use of road-salt in winter is particularly harsh so we recommend treating your vehicle at least every five years. Vehicles exposed to harsh working conditions or regular steam cleaning underneath may require more frequent treatment.

Once the initial treatment has been applied we are more than happy to carry out annual inspections and touch up or re-apply the rust prevention treatments as necessary.

This includes custom made stainless exhaust systems, tyre fitment and Adblue conversion to applicable vehicles for full ULEZ compliance.

Our facilities are very well lit to allow our staff to be able to thoroughly clean and inspect your vehicle.

Furthermore, we are always happy to escort all of our customers to inspect their own vehicle once it is up on the ramps to better understand and appreciate the underside condition of your vehicle and the quality of our work.


If there is any concern that chassis or other underbody repairs are required we are fully kitted out to weld, repair or replace any badly corroded areas to be cut out and neatly replaced prior to repainting and anti-corrosion treatment. We can also replace rear cross members on on Land Rover and wheel arches and sills on other vehicles.

If the chassis is beyond economical repair there is an option to fit a replacement galvanised chassis to ensure your Vehicle serves you well for the next 30 plus years.

Chassis, bulkhead and door frame injection

Our treatments are heated to the optimum application temperature and injection sprayed into the chassis, bulkhead and other cavities in your vehicle.

You can specify whether you want the running-gear, axles and suspension treating or not along with the optional door frame treatment.

We can also remove door cards and apply rustproofing to the door frames to help discourage long term corrosion issues.
